When we break free from underlying limited and critical beliefs about our body, beauty, and value, I believe we can arrive at a place of true healing and joyous self-acceptance. 

The journey home to your body is one of self-acceptance, self-compassion, and ACTION.

In each session, we will use one or more of Joan’s signature tools to uncover how weight has protected and served you, so that you can rewire that outdated programming. This is your opportunity to build the foundation of a newly confident, energetic, and joyful life – and love the body you’re in.

From a young age, I have been on a personal journey to love and understand my body.

Deep down, I always wanted to embrace the power of my physical form, and revel in the beauty of it, but instead I found myself on a path that led to low self-esteem, disordered eating, and an array of behaviors that did not serve me.  

Through my work to heal myself –
and as I learned how to help others do the same –

I created a groundbreaking approach to Soulful Weight Loss. 

What it looks like…

  • 12 sessions total.

  • Each session lasts 75 to 90 minutes.

  • We kick off with an initial 2-hour onboarding session where we create a safe space of trust, where all authentic expression is welcome.

  • Your choice of an eating plan that works best for your body and lifestyle. This is not a quick fad diet approach to weight loss – it’s a new way of nourishing your body for optimal health, vitality, and energy. (You will be encouraged to work with your healthcare provider if you need clarity about your food plan or have underlying health issues.)

  • Unwavering support along the journey toward loving the body you’re in while also choosing to release the weight you no longer need. With Joan’s help, you will learn to welcome, embrace, and work with negative emotions. 

  • The motivation to maintain this new healthy way of living because we get to the reasons beneath your struggle with weight and movement. This is far more than ‘just another diet and exercise routine’ it is a path to loving the body you’re in.
