Level 1 - Awaken
A Foundational 3-Month Coaching Program
My foundational coaching program starts with a 2-hour deep dive onboarding session where you will get crystal clear about what you want and how to get it.
To create momentum around our progress and your clarity, we will use one or more of my signature coaching tools, which include Guided Imagery, Meditative Therapy and Quantum Healing.

This coaching program is rooted in your primary goal and intention, which we focus on and work toward over a 12-week period.
This program is for you if you want to break free of your doubts and begin living a life that feels true to who you are and what you can be.
Level 1 - Awaken
What it looks like…
9 sessions total.
We kick off with an initial 2-hour onboarding session.
After onboarding, you will receive five 1-hour coaching sessions and three 2-hour process sessions.
In each session we will use one or more of my signature tools to uncover the hidden trauma and shadows that may be holding you back from your joy.
Your primary goal and intention are our guide, and we will keep that as our focus throughout our discussions.
We use guided meditation to go further into your consciousness.

Level 2 - Rise
An Advanced 6-Month Coaching Program
Once you complete Awaken you can embark on an advanced 6-month coaching program designed to inspire and guide you to new heights of awareness and growth. Now that you know a few of the basic skills that move you from feeling like a victim to the master of your life, let’s move further toward your freedom.
Rather than focusing on single blocks, as we did in Awaken, we now begin to identify repeating patterns that have held you back.
This program is for you if you want to play in the quantum fields, with your feet firmly planted on Earth, to break free of the past and live your most joyful potential.
Level 2 - Rise
What it looks like…
19 sessions total and unlimited email support.
Twelve 1-hour coaching sessions and six 2-hour process sessions.
In this program, we kick off with a 2-hour onboarding session.

Level 3 - Transform
A Premier 12-Month Transformational Program
For those who have completed Awaken, and feel inspired to leap forward, you can participate in an immersive, transformational program that will help you live your life true to who you are, without restraint or apology.
This program is for men and women who feel the inner nudging from Source to truly break free of worn-out constraints and patterns, and step into their authentic power.
For one year, I will partner with you and use the full suite of my signature tools to help you reach new levels of joy and freedom, in every dimension of your life.
This program is for you if you want to wake up fully to your divinity, experience more freedom, and leave victimhood behind.
Level 3 - Transform
What it looks like…
A total of three sessions each month for 12 months - plus unlimited email support, 15-minute supportive phone calls, and two 4-hour deep dive sessions.
We kick off our time together with a 2-hour onboarding session.
For an entire year, we will journey together, drawing upon coaching, spiritual psychology, NLP, metahypnosis, and Rapid Transformation Therapy. YOU direct the speed, depth, and variety of tools that we use. These transformative modalities will help you identify the root cause of issues showing up in your life. When we know why we adopted a belief, we can change it. These powerful tools will help you sweep away blocks and allow abundance and freedom to flow into your experience.
Quantum Healing: If your block persists, or you feel excited about a new experiential exploration of past lives, we will explore the vast quantum field and Akashic records to help you finally break free of your obstacles. This transformational modality increases clarity, restores qualities you seek, empowers you to break vows and promises that no longer serve you, and allows you to experience yourself as an eternal being who feels deeper levels of peace and fulfillment.

An entire year of 1:1 partnering with Joan to embrace multiple areas of life that have held you back, explore them, heal them, and change them. You set the pace, and I meet you there. If you want to gently move through the year focusing on one area of life, we will do that. If you want to energetically move into a whole new life, I will meet you there.
You will learn at least 4 life-changing healing modalities to take with you into your life.
You will have the opportunity to explore your challenges, or self-defeating patterns, from this life, past lives, and in-between lives.
One year of deep healing work, embracing your Authentic Self knowing you are enough and that you can live a life of joyful service, while also experiencing wealth, healthy relationships, and rewarding career where you feel valued. This is a year that you design, and Joan helps you get there.
