I believe that in some way, we are all held back by self-judgment, uncertainty, and doubt. I also believe that our wounds are our doorway to healing, and every one of us can wake up to our divinity and live a truly limitless life. All it takes is that first step toward awareness and self-love.
I became a life coach because it’s my passion and purpose to help my clients leave victimhood behind so that they can embrace optimism and joy, creativity, and connectedness. I want to support YOU as you use the power of those feelings to create your own reality.
I came into the world wired for spirituality.
I earned my BA and MA in Theology, but I soon realized that organized religion was not my truth. I earned another BA in Nursing but understood that traditional healthcare did not resonate with my calling. I wanted something deeper. I needed to go further.
A near-death experience at age 23 awakened in me an insatiable longing to journey home to my inner wisdom. I yearned to move past knowledge and into experience.
And now I help others do the same.
Using holistic therapies — past-life exploration, meditative therapy, and in-depth coaching — I help you awaken and embrace your glorious self.
Believe this:
No matter how many obstacles you face, or the number of times you think you have “failed” in your life, you can acknowledge, and even love, everything that has happened to you. You have everything you need to overcome your past, heal, and learn from it. You can leave what does not serve you behind.
There is great freedom in purposeful, intentional forward movement. It is what we have each come here to do. The more you leap, the less scary life becomes. And as we change, so does the world.
